Mar del Plata
Mar del Plata is the holiday destination in Argentina during the summer months of december and january. It's located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean in the Buenos Aires Province, 250 miles (400 km) south of Buenos Aires.

The Mar del Plata Aquarium has excellent sea lion and dolphin shows that are the highlight of this popular aquarium. Other marine attractions include penquins, flamingos and numerous types of fish.
