Learn Spanish Online
So you decided to learn Spanish but you just can't figure out where to start. A few options arise. You can learn to speak Spanish in an evening course, online, with a private tutor or just go for the adventurous option and learn Spanish in a language school while traveling.
I started to learn Spanish in an evening course. Slowly I learned the basics of Spanish and after one year I was able to have a very basic conversation. When I arrived in Caracas, Venezuela, that same year it had served its purpose, I could ask for a hotel, ask to see the room, ask the price and say "gracias" politely.
Learning Spanish online gives you more freedom in terms of being able to determine your pace and rhythm to learn Spanish.
The most fun option is learning to speak Spanish in a school abroad. It's a great spot to meet all kinds of people from all over the world. The courses are given by native speakers. The price can vary from $2,50 up to $20/hour (I took a Spanish course for a month in a small school in Quito, Ecuador and had a private teacher for $2,50/hour, it was just so much fun and my Spanish really got in great shape after that month).
