flight to Kito with Air Commet airline

Hi everybody. I want to get to Equador in November and seek for flight . I got an offer from the travel agency to get to Kitto from my county through Madrid with Air Commet airline.

I have never heard about this airline, does it reknowned and realiable company?

I wouls like to get some information from someone who know this airline.
