 Overland trip from Buenos Aires to Caracas

In the time frame you have traveling from Buenos Aires all the way to Caracas overland is going to be difficult. Distances are enormous in South America. I feel your time schedule is a bit too tight to cover so much.
Maybe you can make a list of attractions you really want to see and set up a plan from there. Consider using a flight to skip regions that do not have attractions you're interested in. This will allow you to settle down more and give more time to enjoy breathtaking, both expected and unexpected, encounters.
