Your site has some really nice photographs and is very well organized! I was glad to hear from you about the forum. Back in 1997 while traveling in South America you relied on the South America Handbook which was very helpful but at times outdated. Its nice to hear about other peoples experiences. Traveling can be one of the great joys in life, but one must always keep in mind that they are far from home and things can go the wrong way quickly.... I was very lucky, but always tried to use common sense. I have seen my share of people getting hurt and in most cases whether they realized it or not they took unnecessary risks...
