Smoke covers Buenos Aires Buenos Aires, the vibrant capital of Argentina, is covered by smoke. It's bringing bad smells, visibility problems and difficulty to breathe. It's been a week since the smoke arrived from fires in the Paraná area. Farmers burn grasslands frequently for cattle grazing.
The problem is that the smoke is so dense that it's disrupting the wellbeing of the Porteños (citizens of the Buenos Aires province).
